New Moulds, New Parts
Disater has struck this weekend and a charger from a cordless drill has caused a massive fire, destroying my home, most of my possesions and thousands of Capri parts that had been made by me.All the moulds I had made are gone and things looked very very bleak from my perspective.
No insurance on the house and parts finished off what seemed a very black picture.
The no insurance may seem to be a very stupid thing but it wasnt without a reason.
I have been involved for years in a custody case for my children.
They want to live with me and I would dearly love to have them.
I think it may be the same in most countries where the father doesnt have a lot of influence in these matters when it becomes a fight with the mother.Anyway after all these years the courts have finally asked the children and discovered I wasnt lying and the children would prefer to live with me.
This will be heard at a hearing next week-timing is not good as had no shoes and only a few smoke damged clothes and no house for them to live in.A few years ago the money for insurance was spent on legal costs instead.
Two days later and with friends helping have an address and decent attire for the courts.
Now the problem with Capri parts.The workshop had an amount of parts that are all fine as it was a different address.
The parts lost are going to be redone but it will take some time.
I desperately need you to still order if you wanted bits, but it may take a week or two to get them to you.
Alternatively if you were thinking of getting some parts from me but not for a few months perhaps you could donate a few dollars towards rebuilding what seemed to big a problem.
The sun is shining, I am still alive, (yes I was in the fire that engulfed everything in 7 minutes) and the confidence is coming back.
